Vijay Ganesh is the technical brain of QuaLiX who has given technical edge to our intelligent transportation solutions and services. He is an electronics and instrumentation engineer with a sharp acumen in the ITMS & automation field. His competency in electronics led him to gain the prestigious membership of Electronics & IT department of Bureau of Indian Standards in 2018 where he played a significant role in forming standards of Weigh in motion system & IT/electronic equipment.

His passion enabled him to acquire more than 10 years of international and Indian experience. At QuaLiX, he has used his prowess to design intelligent technologies for toll management, tunnel management and traffic management. His drive to bring transformation is epitomized in the innovative products of the company. His cautious eyes, strategic development processes and innovative planning within the product development department promise quality in every product and solution of QuaLiX.

Sudhakar Babulal  Goyal manages the overall Accounting & Finance operations of QuaLiX. A Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in the accounting sector, he has a knack of handling all the commercial & financial activities of the company even in tough situations. He gives key impetus to strategies that efficiently manage risk and enhance business productivity.

He has held senior management positions in big brands like LG, Prism Johnsons etc. and is now positioned at a leading place in top management. His analytical advice and well-coordinated actionable reporting help QuaLiX take significant decisions in various business arenas. His expertise and knowledge helps him resolve any challenging crisis in finance, accounting, logistics & other commerce related areas. His professional wisdom and sharp financial acumen is highly appreciated by the management.

Shailesh Kumar Pandey adorns a dynamic personality who endeavors to bring innovative changes in processes to achieve best quality in products and services. His substantial experience in the field of procurement, relationship with partners, vendors and OEM at Senior Management level and has helped him achieve a Senior managerial position of AGM-Procurement at QuaLiX. His foresightedness has helped the organization in building strong relationships with vendors, sourcing products, setting parameters for products and services, maintaining efficient delivery systems and improvement in overall business productivity.

He is a key asset whose contributions are highly appreciated by the management. He has played a pivotal role in scaling the brand image of QuaLiX in the market and enhanced the company’s visibility at Pan-India platform.  He has meticulously executed contract management for various Turnkey projects awarded to QuaLiX and has taken the name of the company to greater heights.

Dharmendra Kumar is a Masters in Software development and is determined to upgrade the face of information systems in QuaLiX by his insightful knowledge in the field. He has deep knowledge of technology along with business understanding with Innovative Solution designing to different industries like Manufacturing, Trading, Health Care and ITS domain and AI, he is playing a key role in bringing innovation in QuaLiX’s exclusive range of transport management solutions.

He is heading the whole Software department and strives hard to bring upgraded solutions that guarantee unrivaled performance in the services offered by the company. He has played a significant role in strengthening our information systems and delivering best quality to our esteemed clients. His contribution to build a secure, smart and sophisticated environment is highly commendable.

Ms. Saxena is a prominent member of the team QuaLiX and is responsible for leading the HR division of the company.  Her decisiveness and competency showcase her 16 years of experience in the HR industry. She believes that human resources are the valuable assets of an organization and with the right encouragement the companies can empower them to their true potential.

At QuaLiX, she has meticulously used her expertise in forming & integrating effective HR practices and strategies in the organization. She has put in great efforts to create a harmonious and competitive work culture which promotes interactions and foster relationships between different organizational structures. Her successful contribution in QuaLiX is towards culture building & executing talent management practices. She has shown her exemplary leadership qualities by introducing innovative strategies to engage, encourage and benefit the workforce of the company.

Mr. Gaurav Saini, with 16 years of experience, is currently overseeing Business strategy and Client relationship at Qualix Information System LLP since July 2018. His career includes significant roles such as AGM – ITS Systems & Electrical at SOMA ROADIS RAMS & VnV Engineer at ANSALDO STS, and ITS Engineer at IRD Inc. He specializes in the verification and validation of rail signaling systems and ITS systems. Mr. Gaurav is highly skilled in analytical and logical thinking, team management, and technical training, with a goal to excel in systems performance assurance and challenge acceptance.
